J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kaiser Permanente
Entretien
After applying, the first interview was scheduled with a recruiter. The recruiter shared more information about the job, and expressed that I was one of five candidates under consideration that the manager definitely wanted to talk to. It was set up as a formality conversation, where the recruiter said they would be doing most of the talking, and the recruiter provided more information about the role and its responsibilities.
The description of the job shared with me was very different from the job posted online, but I was reassured that my background and experience was very interesting to them. After our conversation, I was told that I would be contacted by the manager to schedule a conversation within the next week. I sent a thank you note to the recruiter.
I never heard anything back again - no response to my email, no message to explain a change in heart, not even an automated email rejection from the recruiting tool. I learned that I am no longer in consideration by looking in the job search portal directly after wondering why I hadn't heard anything.
Overall, it was unfortunately a very poor experience where the job was not as advertised, promises were made and not kept, and communication was lacking.

The interview process is very repetitive because each interviewer asks almost exactly the same questions, word-for-word. It seems like they either do not care to ask good questions or they have very poor interview training.

LONG! The entire process tool over 6 months. They only pay for airfare if you are an out of town applicant - everything else is on your own (e.g., food, Uber, etc.).
