Recruiter will email you to fill out a lengthy questionnaire.
Recruiter will conduct a phone Interview
Recruiter will determine if you get an in person interview
Hiring Manager will conduct an in person interview
(sometimes there will be a panel interview - 4 to 1)
Recruiter will call you to offer the position
Lengthy process, interviews are friendly but impersonal. Some interviewers seemed inexperienced and strictly followed scripted questions. The process took several months from the first interview to the time I received an offer.

Entretien
I went through 3 rounds of interviews and they did not get back to me until four months later. Also, before my 2nd interview, the recruiter reached out to me on Sunday to let me know I had to create a detailed presentation a day before my interview. The whole process revealed to me that the organization lacked effective communication.
