The interview process at KPMG was well-structured and professional. It began with an online assessment testing numerical and verbal reasoning, followed by an HR phone interview that focused on my background and motivation for joining the firm. Next was a technical or competency-based interview with a manager, where I was asked scenario-based questions and about relevant experience. The final stage involved a more in-depth discussion with a senior leader, covering team fit, work ethic, and alignment with KPMG’s values. Overall, the process was smooth, communicative, and gave a good sense of the firm's culture.
