It started with the skills test. Basically a MCQ on various skills such reading, mathematic, etc and followed by an essay question. All of these are done on a computer. It took about 30-45 to complete them all.
After that, a 1-1 interview with one of the senior partner of the firm. Asking the questions about my past, current & future.

the second round interview - manager interview . start with some general questions and an easy conversation. the recruiter asked a lot about my educational background and activities at the university. the recruiter also tested me through some number analysis questions.

Llamada, entrevista con recursos humanos 6 exámenes de selección. En general el proceso es tardado, con una duración estimada de 2 meses. En general los de recursos humanos son amables y se mantienen en contacto contigo a lo largo del proceso.
Group interview with 5 other candidates. The question was the hardest amongst big 4 but I think it depends on the department as heard from other people. Gave us around 15 mins to prepare and needed to give a presentation afterwards. The HR and managers were friendly and the interview process was okay.
