My friend submitted my CV to the HR and they scheduled phone interview which took half an hour almost, after couple of days, they scheduled the technical interview which took like half an hour as well, they prepared the contract and sent it to me for review and signature, I negotiated the terms of the contract regarding the salary and vacation days, and after the agreement over the condition the contract were signed and approved

Interviewed for a senior 2 position. Bad experience with the interview. The interviewers (1 M, 1 SM) really grilled me so much with technical and behavioural questions. It felt as if they wanted me to answer badly so that they could offer me year 1 senior instead of year 2. Felt really drained after the 1hr interview. True enough , they came back and offered me a year 1 senior role instead.
