2 - Stage Interview Process
1. HR Interview - Spoke to a lovely lady from HR who took her time to get to know me better. The interview was scheduled to be 30 minutes but took 1 hour 10 minutes. She covered who KPMG were and how they operate within the country. She took time to cover wider team and organisation structure and covered any questions I had relating to the company. I was asked mostly about my experience and motivation for applying.
2nd Interview process - Technical Interview with 2 Engineers and 1 Architect. The interview was an hour long and each interviewer was asking me different technical questions depending on their expertise. I found the interview somewhat difficult as time was limited and I felt like each interviewer had their own angle of assessing my skills. I was also slightly disappointed that there is no technical test or mini-project as part of the hiring process where people can really shine and show their technical skills.
There were specific questions I couldn't answer and I felt the interview ended negatively as people were in a hurry to hang up.
