Very simple. Came in and met the manager, signed paperwork, and was told i would get a call. The manager did not ask me any questions other than things to do with paperwork.

Face to Face interview with the store manager during peak working hours and discussing the capability of how to manage it with available resources.Leadership skills and customer management were also tested during the interview.

Just basic management related scenarios and how we tackle it
The interview is a quick and easy process. Most of the time they do open interviews and hire as long as you don't have any criminal background. For shift leaders you should at least have some sort of fast food experience.
