It was super simple and casual. Had already been working at the company prior to going for the shift supervisor role. Low pressure interview with the regional manager who was super friendly.

Pretty easy and straight forward with requirements. Training will be provided. Main questions asked were scenario based ultimately to understand how you respond to certain issues or challenges regarding conflicts with customer or within team

Entretien
A sit down interview with several managers from other locations and the area manager. Interview was 30 mins long and they asked a variety of questions and different scenarios and had to explain how I would work through them.
My interview was great the training process was trash, I had a slight health concern & I had to take off. The training manager never contacted me about my return date after I called & left messages & emailed my doctor paperwork.
