I was contacted for a screening that took place on a Wednesday. Was told they wanted to pass along my resume to the hiring manager and I’d have an update by next Thursday. I followed up that Friday on our initial email chain and got no response. The following Wednesday I sent a separate email and got no response…if you don’t want to move forward with someone just send them a rejection email. So unprofessional and rude.
