Lots of push early to schedule interviews and complete take-home assessment quickly, positive interviews with hiring team (although they weren't on the same page about who was supposed to be asking which interview questions), then ghosted for over 2 weeks even after I reached out for update. Finally sent rejection after 3 weeks then asked for my feedback on interview process, felt like it'd be more helpful to post here.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, take home assignment, interviews with two different Senior CSMs. Process took two weeks over phone and Zoom. Most templates communication with recruiter with several emails signed off with the wrong name. Very clear the recruiter is not paying attention while on the job.

Round 2: Brief scenarios provided for a writing test. Have 24 hours to respond.
Round 3: Meeting with Hiring Manager(s) on the team
Round 4: Meeting with additional team members
Interviews went well. I didn't get an offer in the end.
