I was surprised at how laid back the interview was. I was very nervous before had, but once I got to the interview I relaxed. It was just like talking to an older relative or family friend.

Questions are situationally focused and expect you to use the STAR method for responding. They asked questions that were focused around their various leadership value and principles such as collaboration, integrity, business decision make, etc.

Tell me about a time that you took a risk and it paid off.
The interview process was very thorough and included both group and one on one discussions. The interviewers were very personable and easy to chat with. Topics included relevant work history. experience, goals, and approach to role interviewing for.
