Online tests, then invited to assessment day. Group assessment that involved discussing how certain tasks should be prioritised (make sure you speak up but allow others to speak as well). Then individual assessment involved writing what you would do in 3 separate situations. Then filled out an form of the dates we could do, asked what size clothes you are for uniform in inches (don't worry if you don't know though). Heard back within a week
