It’s great that they require an application form, conduct assessments, and ask for study transcripts this shows professionalism and a commitment to evaluating candidates thoroughly. However, I experienced delays in the interview process. Despite following up multiple times, I did not receive timely responses, which was a bit frustrating. Improving communication and response time during the interview stage would enhance the overall experience for applicants.
