many rounds for internship....unnecessary, there was video interviews, skype interviews, day long interview with many people - they watch you as you interview during every second, they critique you, they don't allow anything that doesn't look like collaboration
I was asked questions over the phone. It was a straight forward process. Talked to a recruiter over the phone throughout the process. Not a difficult process over the phone.

Applied, interview invitation was sent after about 1 month. It was 2 round interview. 1st round was with the Manager and seniors of the team. The second interview with the senior that I will report directly. All in all entire interview process was smooth and very friendly.

Entretien
I applied online, I did not have a referral. They only conducted online interviews, one was recording responses to 3 questions, and 1 was live. Offer was given in 3 weeks.
