Lots of tests and tricks to see if you know programming. Looks like they had a bunch of longtime employee programmers leave the company. They were asking about looking at old code by previous employees and trying to figure it out and fix interface problems. In confidence one of the interviews said they got rid of a ton of programmers and now they do not know what to do or how to fix problems with the existing code. He said they had lots of programs they know nothing about but need fixes and updates.
