Het gehele sollicitatieprocedure duurde ongeveer 3 weken. Eerst een videoboodschap inzenden, daarna contact met district manager gehad. Erna verschillende persoonlijkheidstesten gedaan. Mocht op gesprek met store manager en kon de week erna al beginnen.

Entretien
The Jysk interview has 3 stages. First starts with an online assessment, which basically includes behavioural questions. The next stage of the interview is an online video assessment, have at least 5 questions. If you get shortlisted, they will call you for a personal interview.

How will you handle a difficult situation, whether it is with a customer or a client?
There were stages for interviews, for example one video recording for introducing yourself before you proceed to the discussion. You sould tell a little about your interest to the position, your skills, previous experience etc.

- domande riguardanti la tua personalità per capire come potresti lavorare in autonomia ma anche in team
- ci tengono a sapere se desideri fare carriera o se vuoi fermarti a fare il commesso.
- Ti chiedono di parlare di te e del tuo carattere, dei tuoi punti di forza e dei tuoi difetti.
