I was contacted by a member of HR about an appication I submitted online. She was very nice and set up an interview time and date. There was an initial interview with a manager of the department. The questions were not difficult and more geared towards behavior rather than knowledge.

Describe a time when you were working as part of a team and a team member was not carrying his/her weight. What actions did you take to correct it?
Interviewed with a recruiter and a relationship manager on the team. Made an offer after the two interviews. Very easy and not too deep. The STAR method was not used and I was not asked to describe a scenario.

Entretien
Interview was super easy, They asked normal client focus questions. They are looking for people with treasury skills and client experience in commercial banking. Overall pretty easy interview with no difficult questions.
