Online application including CV+cover letter. I had to pass the online tests before they reviewed my applications after which I have been invited to the interview. It took about 4 months between the online tests and the moment I've been invited to the interview.
The interview consisted of a face 2 face 30 minutes talk, a test and a group exercise.
