It was a pleasant interview. We reviewed the job responsibilities. Then we took a tour of the facility and I got to observe classroom routines for different age groups. We discussed training opportunities and potential start dates.

Basic interview, background questions about childcare / teaching experience. Asked which age group I preferred, and when I could start. I would describe it as pretty easy, if this is something that interests you.
