A distinct HR division has clearly defined process in place, it follows a large global agency format and the relevant trends.

I was already known to the company, having worked with them before on a consulting basis. My track record and performance rate was well known and unquestioned. This however was for a full time exclusive appointment on a major account that I had helped them win and which the client had insisted on my involvement.
