Applied online, took 1 day to have an interview confirmed. There were two people, one asking questions, one writing down my answers. I felt nervous to begin with but after a couple of questions I felt at ease because the questions were relatively easy to answer. I'm glad that I prepared for the interview by checking out facts about wetherspoons and asking my girlfriend to pretend to be an interviewer. My advice for anybody doing an interview is to just be relaxed and answer the questions as best you can. Think about your answers before opening your mouth.
