Asked how I would handle managing certain situations that I had no experience about. It was difficult to give specifics. I just answered with a general statement.

Laid back, but professional. Met with multiple people, all easy to talk to and friendly. Really want to get to know about you and how you respond to situations.

I was contacted by someone from the central office who found my resume in a resume book at my school's career office. I scheduled an interview, which turned out to not work for the manager so we rescheduled. The interview was very basic, mostly just going over my resume and asking me to expound on the points they could see. They also asked me what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work for them. They said they would be in contact but I followed up after a week and again after three weeks and they said they were still interviewing other candidates. Finally I just gave up and accepted that they had moved on and never let me know.
