No they are not always right and giving them free days,upgrades,discounts will do nothing for your business as they will keep coming back being the sorry losers that they are wanting all sorts of deals. Remember there is always the right to refuse service

Because they are looking for awesome customer service, the customer is always right. They do whatever they need to in order to make the customer happy.
