Applied through an agency. Took an in-tray test; basically carrying out day to day tasks in order of priority within 60 minutes. Then was invited for an interview. Relaxed atmosphere, just getting to know your personality and behavioral questions.

Applied through an employee referral scheme , Interview process was in 2 stages, a competency based interview and an interview with senior stake holders , interviewers were not friendly , questions asked were not related to the role sdvertise.
