Interview was short and was offer given in the spot. It was less then 15 minutes long and only interviewed with lab a manger. Started work with in a week.

Entretien
Just asked me a few questions about my experience and current availability. There were two interviewers, and they focused mainly on any and all prior experience I had as a phlebotomist, as well as in other jobs.
