I applied to this role and a few weeks later a recruiter reached out to me for some times for us to have a initial phone interview. I sent back multiple times I was available and after 3-4 days I didn't hear anything else. I followed up with the recruiter and he let me know that he was in sales training and that is why he didn't respond. He asked me for more times that I was available and I obliged again. That was a few weeks ago now and I still haven't heard back, yet again. With recruiting practices like this it's amazing anyone works here at all.
