Interviewed twice first interview I met with 3 people and was later called back to meet a other. I believe they just wanted someone with less experience or just was phising.

What were my goals, interest and what could I offer the company with my background. Each person ask the same questions but in a different order except for the last person. The final interview was a waste as they had flash cards which told me that interviewing was not part of their skill set..
