I applied online and received a test assessment link of 45 mins. The questions included basic stats, excel and sql . Then , I again got a test assessment which had 3 hacker rank questions . Since I cleared both the assessments , they set up an interview with one of the recruiter. The interview was easy and asked me if I need visa sponsorship. After couple of days they send me a rejection mail. It was complete waste of 3 hours I invested in giving assessments. The company should value candidate's time and should necessarily have phone screening round before even asking candidates to complete TWO assessments.

sent the resume, then had to go through two different rounds of online tests (hackerrank style but some older version of it) then after that, 4 different zoom interviews - half hour with HR, then three different managers. Each came with their own case study / technical question. so in total 6-7 hours of my time + scheduling and emails etc.
