J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Integra LifeSciences (Cincinnati, OH) en nov. 2019

Panel review process involving the head of the department and 4 of the engineers. They told me what they did on a typical work week, the backlog of problems that they have from switching to a new computer system. I told them about my experience and why I would be a good candidate for the company. It was all pretty straight forward. The company works on a quarterly earnings process so be aware of when you are applying and how well the company stock is projected to be because that directly affects their hiring freezes. I got all the way to my paperwork submitted to corporate to be processed as a new hire and the company issued a hiring freeze on until after the end of the 4th quarter. Its the start of the 1st quarter and they still haven't posted the job back up and I know someone in the department who says the position is still vacant.

4 weeks. Two interviews with HR, then with the manager. This was my first interview, and I unfortunately did not make it past the first interview. They did not respond back.

Interview process was straightforward, and included a tour of the facility where I was introduced to various mfg processes and met many of the machine operators and assemblers. No surprises and was not asked too many difficult questions
