Entretien
I did not go through the regular interview process. I was contacted by a recruiter for a procurement position. After interviewing with the procurement team, they came to the conclusion that I was a better fit for a research position.
As such, I bypassed a few steps. I had to take a written test for the specific languages I would be working and I also interviewed with the team leader. No hard questions, very easy and simple.

First round - phone interview Second round - writing assessment Third - Interview with managers and oral assessment The whole interview process is kind of long for a contract role for two months. The writing assessment is a case study for proxy voting - corporate governance research.

The interview took place via phone with the managers. It last about 40 minutes.
A online written test of one hour followed. The test is meant to assess you ability to review a document and answer questions under time pressure. The online test was slightly challenging but very interesting overall. Good preparation to the job!
