J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insperity en août 2024
Entretien
I had 3 steps in the interview process.
The first interview was with an engineering manager. The interview went great and I heard that the interviewer really liked me.
The second portion of the process is an online code challenge. The questions are not terribly difficult, but the time limit on each question makes it particularly brutal.
The third portion is an interview with three engineering managers. It is 90 minutes and contains a "soft skills" section, a live coding challenge section, and a code review section. I finished the soft skills section and thought all was well. I finished the coding section without a problem. One of them didn't like me for whatever reason and called my responses (work experiences) for soft skill experiences generic. Pretty rude and unprofessional. I was originally really excited for this position, but not so much knowing people like this are running the show. Their loss.
There were a on screen 8th grade math/logic test, technical phone interview and a on site interview. They mostly ask about Solid principals and Design patterns. In on site interview, you will be asked soft skills questions.

Hiring consisted of a single in-person interview. Around this process was a background check with a significant email chain. Took 1-2 months following the interview to hear back the results.
