Contacted by a recruiter. Had a phone interview and within the week also went in for a formal interview. WOW the interview was extremely unprofessional. The first two women came in chomping their gum, twirling their hair and just talking about themselves. You could hardly get a word in. It was less of an interview and more of a "listen to how great my personal story is".

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
