Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global en janv. 2015
Entretien
Applied online, corporate recruiter contacted me the next day. Went through a phone interview. Had an in person interview with the sales manager and an account manager--very relaxed and conversational (they expect you to be social and lead the conversation). Next, had a "happy hour" interview at a bar with the same sales manager and a different account manager--again, very easygoing but ask lots of questions here, certainly lead discussion and show your interest in the position. If you're not offered the job at the end of the happy hour, you didn't get it.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in sales? (Very important question you should have a strong answer for)
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
