I called the company and told them I am looking for Opportunity. Sent them resume. Recruiter asked me to come in person for a 1:1 talk. During the talk, I explained them what I am looking for on the part of salary, Type of job, Position etc. They sent me few opportunities available at that time. I gave ok to 4 of them. They arranged interview with all 4 and before I could take up the 3rd and 4th First guy confirmed immediately after a personal interview. Done.
