The first round was an initial 30 minute phone screening with a Senior Engineer. The next round was followed by an approximately 3 hour panel of interviews with 5 others.

Phone interview with manager followed by two in person interviews with directors and cor-workers back to back. Some technical questions but nothing difficult. Last interview was with the department VP who told me I would receive a job offer 5 minutes in on accident.
