Entretien
The company used an internal recruiter that was professional and knowledgeable about the position, department, and leadership. The communication throughout the process was top notch and I was guided through all stages of the process. I completed four telephone interviews and two separate face to face interviews (one with the hiring manager and one with two direct reports).

Entretien
The entire process was both professional and personal. I went through 3 rounds and everyone had excellent questions and input. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date. Even though I did not get the position, I have nothing but positives to say about the Inovalon team.

Entretien
Rather rushed, unprofessional and unresponsive. I would rather not get into the details. Could have been consecutive bad days for both the hiring manager and the HR rep. However my gut feeling based on our dealings indicate to me that is just how they work over there. This was further validated a few months later when a former co-worker, whom i respect well, from a different employer who had been working there for about a year and a half resigned. Maybe I'm reading way too much into the latter, but based on my short experience I can't help it.

face to face interview with hiring manager and 4 potential colleagues. I first interviewed with the hiring manager to determine if it would be a good fit and then had a round table interview with 4 of my future colleagues and 2 of my subordinates.
