1. You have to share your resume with the management team for which post are you applying. 2. Management team will go through your resume. if you are eligible then they will send you a mail or call you. 3. Management team will send you the assessment test to identify your basic knowledge about your application post. if you pass that assessment they will send you the next mail that concludes the training link for that project. And give you the training for 1 hour. after the training, they will send you the final mail for the final 2-3 assessments for final selection.
