First, I applied online. Second, I got a call back in 3 weeks asking if still interested and if so, to come in. I was asked a lot of questions about why I would fit into the work place. I was asked about my school and former employers. I was called again in a week to accept the position and watch required videos/training, and a tour of the restaurant.
