Thanks for reviewing our Co-Op interview, we’re glad you found it a positive experience! It can be challenging to really connect with candidates given we have to go through the university’s co-op posting platforms rather than via a human being, so we try our best to provide information in various mediums (blogs, videos, etc.) to help you get a taste of what it’s like before the interview. We cherish our co-op team members very much and give them the opportunity to own a project from beginning to end, work directly on billable projects, get experience with world class companies, while under the mentoring of more senior staff. Also many of our co-ops have gone on to do multiple sessions with us and later become permanent team members when they graduate so we’re big proponents of the program that gives students a chance to get a taste of what they can look forward to while also giving us a chance to live out our culture of growth and openness for all. -Improving Vancouver team
