I had a great experience. The people that I met with were really smart and many had been in the industry for a couple years. I knew some of the people through former colleagues, so I felt really comfortable in my interviews

Had initial interview with the hiring manager. This was more of a screening. Then another interview about a week later with another engineer who works in the department. Again, more of a screening. Then another week later came a full days worth of interviews, I think 5 total at about 45min per. All different levels throughout the department. However, 80% of the questions revolved around a "desired qualification", NI TestStand.
