The initial communication was almost non-existent. I had to keep contacting them. I resisted contacting the president, who I knew and just kept going through the chain of command.
They were very organized in the process and ran it with a great degree of detail and professionalism.
The people involved were very helpful and professional. You don't get a lot of warm and fuzzies at first, but later they seem to warm up.
There is a very nice culture in the office, with the normal issues that any company experiences.
