This is a preliminary phone screening process. They ask you a series of question to determine that whether you are right for jobs or not. Only then, they will move forward the application to the next stages. Even though it is phone screening process, they are very strict about the application too. So good luck everyone.

The interviewer was a nice person. She started by asking me how everything going on? Then she asked me why does she think that I suited for the job? What can I offer for the job? Plus, she asked me what make me stand up apart from others for the job (basically, she asked me how my past experience can contribute and what's my achievement?)
Not so professional. Didn't expected the interviewer to munch on lunch or snacks during the interview. Asked vague questions related to equipment failure troubleshooting. No response or even automated email regarding application rejection.

Describe the approach to solve a breakdown related to their manufacturing equipment?
First round was a virtual interview with just me and the camera. Its through Hirevue, where you read prompts and it records you for them to watch later. Its convenient because you can do it at home and whenever you want.

9 questions total but they are all along these lines.

Applied online and received digital interview request, which was supposed to be taken in 3 days. I advice to rehearse well ahead of recording! It is a typical behavioral type interview; it might be better to pick key words from job description and correlate with your past experience during interview!

1. Why do you want to work for illumine? Why are you leaving your current position and what are you looking for in your next role?
5. Explain a situation when someone you were working with on a project did not complete their assigned work. How do you approach the situation? What was the outcome?
