Got a call from HR. then hiring manager then on-site. Met with R&D since it was design quality position, and the rest of quality team at different levels. The team was friendly and approachable.

Long and drawn out over 4 hours. Consisted of sitting in a conference room, with one person calling in on telephone (this was not told to me prior to actually answering the phone) and each interviewer was given a 30 minute time slot. There was not enough time to actually speak with the direct hiring manager and too many other managers/directors who you have no day to day contact with.
