1. On phone screening stage, the interviewer was a senior manager of the engineer. they ask about my current work, past jobs experience, my objectives in software development. and also they give me a simple technical test during the phone interview. 2. On onsite technical interview, the interviewer was 2 person senior engineer . they ask me about technical stuff and also give me a challenge to solve some puzzle in the white board.
