I had a thirty minute interview where they asked me some standard questions with three people present. They were polite and listened to what I had to say. Pretty standard interview, no surprises.

Do NOT apply to IREX. They have reposted the same program associate role for months. I applied, and was contacted by the recruiter. We had a good conversation and he told me that he would follow up by the end of the week. I reached out to him multiple times, and he ghosted me. Then, I saw on LinkedIn that they reposted the role. They have reposted it 4 times since I had my phone call back in October. They are using this position to farm resumes.
