Half hour interview by a member of the team. She asked me several questions regarding my background with Washington Mutual. I tried to add several questions of my own and find out about their culture. It was hard to tell what they were looking for as in reply to almost everything I said, she would say "That's terrific" or "Great!" I later realized this was probably just a nervous mannerism on her part and didn't mean anything as I didn't get any follow up. Not even a Thank you but you haven't been chosen followup.
