The overall interview process was very enjoyable. Started with a HR phone call to set up a time to speak the the hiring manager. Hiring manager was definitely prepared with a full understanding of my background/resume during the phone interview. Got an in-person interview which lasted a full hour, sitting down with the manager and an immediate co-worker. Was offered the position the week after.

Took a long time between multiple rounds of interviews and negotiations after receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive, but it took extremely long from the first round of interview to the final offer letter.

I had three rounds of virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams: one round with the recruiter, one round with the hiring manager, and one round with the team. Everything was very straightforward behavioral questions.
