The experience has been good overall. I applied through the school recruiting portal. The whole process took 2-3 weeks. The interview overall is casual and the recruiter is pretty easy-going.

Question 1
First round is strictly behavioral. The recruiter asked me how the coursework has been going and some of my school project.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
