A very disappointing and negative experience. Will never consider them again. The panel consisted of a HR personnel, Head of Treasury and another from corporate banking. They asked a lot of personal and irrelevant questions like age, marital status and last salary. Any questions to the panel on team and personal targets that were expected of the hire were met as confidential information. They seemed to want to hire the cheapest guy and slap ridiculous targets in a contract role (not permanent). Never heard back on status. Incurred expenses traveling from upcountry to attend which were not reimbursed. I expected courtesy from them. A really wrong attitude to attract talent. Not an equal opportunity employer!
