The recruitment team consisted of a man and a woman, but the man dominated the conversation and never gave the woman a chance to speak. It was clear that he was the one leading the interview, while the woman seemed like an afterthought. To make matters worse, the questions asked were mostly philosophical in nature with made up scenarios and had little relevance to the actual work involved. It felt like I was being tested on my ability to pontificate rather than my qualifications for the job. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the interview process and left with a negative impression of the company. If this is how Hästens bed treats potential employees, I can only imagine what it must be like to work for them. I would not recommend applying for a job with this company.
